What kinds of organisations does PerformaQ work with?
We focus on organisations with distributed frontline teams — hospitality, retail, logistics, manufacturing, and training providers. If your people cannot stop to train but still need to perform consistently, we are likely relevant.
Do we need to create new content from scratch?
No. PerformaQ converts your existing material — SOPs, induction documents, training scripts — into reinforcement experiences. You do not need to start from a blank page.
What does a pilot involve?
A focused programme scoped around one clearly defined challenge. We agree a baseline, define what we will measure, build the experience and run it with a real team. Typically four to eight weeks.
Is PerformaQ an LMS?
No. It sits between the training event and the workplace. We do not replace your LMS — we extend the usefulness of what it delivers.
How is employee data handled?
Data minimisation by default. Employees are told what is collected and why. Organisations get aggregate and individual performance signals — not surveillance.
What does it cost?
